Christy McQuade, CFO

Christy McQuade is the Chief Financial Officer of Essential Equipment Enterprise.  Her professional path has been defined by commitment—to her work, her family, and doing things the right way.

She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy in 1995, launching a career grounded in precision, accountability, and service. A foundation in pharmacy instilled a deep respect for detail and the understanding that when people depend on you, accuracy is non-negotiable. Those principles continue to guide her leadership today.

With 31 years of service at Walmart Pharmacy, she brings a rare level of consistency and institutional knowledge. Her longevity reflects reliability, sound judgment, and a proven ability to build trust over time—qualities essential to any organization operating in high-responsibility environments.

Family remains her foundation. She has been married to her husband, Jammye, for 32 years, and together they have raised two children. This long-standing commitment to family informs her approach to leadership—emphasizing stability, integrity, and responsibility in every decision.

Outside of her professional role, she enjoys target practice and sporting clays, activities that require focus, discipline, and control. These same attributes define her approach to financial oversight and strategic planning.

As Chief Financial Officer of Essential Equipment Enterprise she provides strategic direction, financial discipline, and long-term vision. In her role supporting Triangle Weapon Retention System, she ensures the organization is built on sound systems, thoughtful leadership, and operational reliability.

She believes the strongest companies are built the same way strong lives are—through consistency, trust, and a sustained commitment to excellence.
